How do we view ministry at the Bridge

A church is not the building, but a church is the people of God on a mission together.  At The Bridge Community Church we see that a major part of our energy and emphasis will be equipping and training people for ministry as the Bible teaches us that we should be doing:

"It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up."

~ Ephesians 4:11-12

We will be spending a lot of time building a leadership community, as well as training people for ministry so don't feel or think that you can't contribute something! "Network" classes will be held frequently allowing for discovery of each persons spiritual giftedness and talent.

we see these ministries as being developed in stages as the church grows and becomes more stable.

What we are asking people to do who want to be involved with The Bridge now is to jump in and serve where they can.
