WELCOME to the Bridge.
On Saturday night or Sunday mornings expect to meet lots of friendly faces as you worship with us in a casual atmosphere. If you have children come a little early to check them in, and then grab a cup of coffee or tea at the cafe as you settle in to Worship.
Although we dress casually, we're serious about worshipping the God who made and loves us. Our worship singing is loud and heartfelt, and the messages will encourage and challenge you.
Please take some time to stop by the visitors table on your way in to learn more about what's happening at The Bridge. If you'd like to give us your e-mail we'll keep you updated on what's happening and how you can be more involved.
The worship experience at the Bridge employs multiple creative elements that communicate God's heart for us all. The teaching then takes us further... exploring biblical truths in engaging, relevant ways. Thought-provoking illustrations and real-life applications lay the groundwork for a rich time of spiritual introspection and personal growth.
Before and after the service, we enjoy coffee, refreshments and opportunities to connect with others. Come begin or continue your spiritual quest at your own pace in the company of friends! Growing closer to the perfect God in an imperfect authentic community is what The Bridge is all about. Musical Worship is of high importance to us as a community of Christ, because we may only remember 10 sermons over a lifetime, but we will commit many songs to memory. In that light, we try and select music that can minister to our very heart and soul.
We would like to make it simple.. Come check out our two worship expereinces, one on Sat. and one on Sun.. Dress casual, bluejeans are in right now.. We will take a look at the timeless ancient claims of the Bible while you expereince real community dedicated to reaching outside of themseleves; seeking to touch as many lives as possible..

One Sunday a month TASC will meet for a meal after worship. This meal will be a donation based meal and prepared for us on these gathering dates. Once the meal is over, we will have a time of training for ministry, or specialized Biblical training. Here are the outcomes and benefits for all:
•Fellowship with others in the church.
•Learning about different ministry areas and how they are led.
•Learning how to be part of and build a ministry.
•How to build a ministry team.
•How to become a teacher _ the Bridge.
•How to start and lead a Life-group.
TASC is the place where you can get onboard with new ministries starting at the Bridge, be part of growing the church and reaching into the community. Childcare will be provided for your youngest children and we will look for a program for slightly older youth.

Apologetics
Defending the Faith in todays World.
The word "apologetics" comes from the Greek word "apologia," pronounced,
"ap-ol-og-ee-ah." It means, "A verbal defense." It is used eight times in the New Testament.
Our young men & women will take a seven week journey into many areas of faith and learn how to answer for what they believe, or come closer to understanding why to believe.

Children's Ministry at the Bridge Community Church exists to be a support to families in the raising and teaching of their children in the Christian faith.
Because parents are the primary teachers of their children, we want to support and reinforce the teaching that already exists in the life of children. As a community, we are striving to become a worshiping community of authentic believers.
We believe this is God's desire for kids as well. Therefore, children's ministry exists to support parents in raising their children to become worshipers of Jesus, integrated into community and students of the Bible.

Sunday Mornings _ 10 a.m.
We are pleased to offer a seven week course entitled, Epic: The Story God is Telling. Students may engage in three different ways. The first is simply to come to each class and engage. The second is to read the assigned chapter in the book prior to each class and engage. The third is to read the assigned chapter in the book and complete the study guide questions prior to each class and engage.
